Your free 30 mins initial phone consultation will allow you to briefly discuss what you are seeking counselling support for. It will also provide the opportunity to discuss the options of face to face or online support.
Relationship counselling does not only have to be with intimate partners, it can include relationship breakdowns between friends & family members too. Following the initial consultation, at least one individual session of each party will be required before joint sessions commence, to ascertain in a safe place, what eachother would like to achieve from therapy. This can mean re-connecting the relationship or finding a kind and healty way to part.
Once we have discussed your needs, which form of counselling you would prefer, and agreed the fee, I will email you an assessment form to be completed before your first session. This is so you receive the most approapriate counselling support for your needs. Therapy can be challenging for some clients. Change can only be possible if the client is willing to engage with the process navigating their challenges. My aim is to support you in your journey.
