Depression & Anxiety

Integrative counselling draws from the three main approaches to counselling being humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches to counselling. I aim  to help you recover motivation,  perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Trauma & PTSD

Many  individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and  traumatic Incident/s.    Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few  emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I aim to support  You  with  managaing   some  of  the  symptoms  that  you  may  be  experiencing  due  to  trauma,  eg:  anger,  anxiety,  fear  or  flashbacks.

Relationship  counselling can be beneficial for those who are looking to strengthen  their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy  sessions are a safe place to discuss issues and solutions, to better  strengthen your relationship, where perhaps avoiding these discussions  has been a habit forming way for your relationship, resulting in  disconnection from each other.
