Therapy sessions are a safe place to discuss issues and solutions, to better strengthen your relationship, where perhaps avoiding these discussions has been a habit forming way for your relationship, resulting in disconnection from each other.
Your free initial phone consultation of up to one hour, will allow you to discuss what you are seeking counselling support for. It will also provide the opportunity to discuss the options of Face to face, webcam, Instant Messaging, telephone or email support and which method you would prefer. The fee and duration of each method of counselling is the same and will be discussed during the free initial phone consultation.
Once we have discussed your needs, which form of counselling you would prefer, and agreed the fee I will email you an assessment form to be completed before your first session. This is so you receive the most appropriate counselling support for your needs. Therapy can be challenging for some clients. Change can only be possible if the client is willing to engage with the process of navigating their challenges . My aim is to support you in your journey.
